The voting timeline

Epochs run ~2.1 days each. All three proposals crossed the 15% support threshold in epoch 1012, so they share one schedule: Review through e1019, NCN snapshot e1020, network voting e1021–1023. The JitoSOL holder poll is live now (e1016–1018) and its result feeds the pool's bloc vote before the network window opens.
